Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is central and easy to walk around, making it perfect for my requirements. However, the noise from other units was off-putting at times. The service was a mix of really helpful and professional staff, but there was an unfortunate incident where a staff member acted aggressively. The central location had its advantages but was a bit noisy with late-night drinkers nearby. The dining experience was not included in my package, which was disappointing, but the pad thai was satisfying. The rooms, while generally comfortable, had some issues like being close to a noisy maintenance room. The facilities at the hotel were decent, but the price for parking was unexpectedly high.
The hotel is centrally located in the city of Adelaide, making it convenient for exploring all the central attractions. While the rooms had some issues with maintenance, the service was a mix of friendliness and instances of confrontations. The dining options were limited, but the location and overall value for money were satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good experiences. The rooms felt tired and had some issues like cigarette smoke smell and cracked vanity, but they were nicely sized and overall comfortable. The service was friendly and helpful, especially at the reception desk; however, the dining options were a bit misleading and not worth the price. On the bright side, the hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of Adelaide's vibrant scene with easy access to shopping and cultural spots.
At the end of the day, it was a bed, nice big room right in the centre of town. The room was large with a couch and table/chairs, which made it feel more comfortable. However, it was noisy on weekends, especially facing Hindley Street. Overall, the older-style room was spacious and had everything one could need for a quick stay.
